Is Baptism Really Necessary? You Decide!
“He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned.” Mark 16:16. These words of Jesus state his understanding of the importance of belief followed by baptism in God’s plan of salvation. Just as ‘Messiah’ (Jesus Christ) was revealed through baptism, (John 1:32-34) this is how believes are identified with our Lord Jesus Christ! Once we know and believe the gospel, baptism is the required act for believers to “put on Christ”, Galatians 3:27.
This course provides the foundation of the Word of God and will to lead to an informed decision resulting in action to participate in the life of Jesus Christ as our “Savior” who will reconcile us to our God. May God’s word inspire and guide you to His truth!
