Our studies thus far have pointed to a 'seed' or descendant promised by God from the beginning. The series will now change to consider that Jesus is the ‘Christ’. Only Jesus Christ fulfills the promises made to Adam, Abraham and David. It is thrilling to see this unique connectivity between the Old and New Testaments which underscore God's purpose and the need to understand the Bible as a whole!
ANGELS: are messengers or agents of God who do His will Hebrews 1:14 and are referred to as ‘ministering spirits’ who are sent to minister to those who fear God, and who are heirs of salvation. Psalm 34:7. See also Psalms 103:20 & 104:4,5
